PerfoMat vacuum mats
Vacuum clamping without sealing!
The Tepas PerfoMat negates the need for sealing, therefore fast, safe and simple clamping! In addition, fully cutting through workpieces is straightforward with the PerfoMat in combination with the PerfoChuck, PerfoPlate, μmChuck and/or μmPlate.

How it works
The leakage is reduced significantly by the micro holes of the PerfoChuck. Because of its larger holes, the PerfoMat enlarges the vacuum clamping surface and significantly increases the slip resistance of the workpiece. Using tools, workpieces can be fully cut through. Using, for example, a cutter, the mat beneath the workpiece is milled into. In combination with a vacuum pump with overflow-function, this version is suitable for applications with coolant emulsion (wet) or with micro lubrication.
Even small workpieces can be cut through with the PerfoMat in combination with the PerfoChuck or PerfoPlate .

Standard vacuum mat without adhesive layer.
Perfomat S
Vacuum mat with adhesive layer.
When changing workpieces, the VacuMat without an adhesive layer will have to be continually repositioned on the vacuum chuck. The PerfoMat-S has a semi-permanent adhesive layer which is slightly resistant to emulsion. When changing workpieces, the mat remains adhered to the vacuum plate.
