The problem-solving vacuum chuck!

If vacuum clamping with the GridChuck or PerfoChuck is not possible, this vacuum chuck with microporous clamping surface will often provide a solution.

CE100White:

Air-permeable ceramic. The most commonly used version. For applications where a high level of flatness is required, as well as high clamping forces.

How it works:

The air-permeable clamping surface reduces high vacuum leakages, whereby the vacuum pump is able to create a vacuum.

The benefits:

Very high flatness of the clamping surface in µm range is possible. No deformation of the workpiece as there are no grooves or holes in the clamping surface. 
With the VacuMat and PerfoMat a very wide range of applications is possible. Microporous clamping surfaces are water-resistant, however coolant can seal the surface meaning there is no longer a vacuum. Therefore, do not use a coolant emulsion but machine dry.

Modular construction:

These vacuum chucks can be mounted together to increase the vacuum sealed zone without extra hoses. The vacuum is fed through with couplers so that only one hose connection is required.

Workpieces:

Film, paper, rubber, boards, plates and strips.
